Cotoita is a fast-casual concept brought to Miami by Chef Alejandra Espinoza, the force behind award-winning SOMOS and the Michelin-recognized Cotoa. Serving vibrant bowls with bases like rice or quinoa, Ecuadorian classics such as seco de pollo or hornado, and creative toppings from cotija cheese to passion fruit ají, Cotoita reimagines Ecuadorian cuisine in an authentic way.
